Thank you so much for your interest in our facility! Our initial step for all new dogs is to set up an appointment for a required Temperament Test. The “test” is essentially a Meet-and-Greet where we introduce your dog to the others that are here to make sure they get along well and have them stay for 3-5 hours for $20. We are an active play facility so we just want to make sure this kind of play environment will be a good fit for your dog’s needs. We have appointments available in the mornings - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and also on Saturdays. We do require that all dogs be at least 4 months old, and if the dog is 6 months or older, they be spayed/neutered. We will also need proof that your dog is up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines before your Temperament Test appointment.

What to expect on Temp Test Day:

The temperament test day will consist of a slow introduction of your dog/s with the appropriate play group, while we have you wait. This process typically takes about 10-15 minutes or so, but may take longer depending on the individual dog. Once the dog is settled in we will establish a pickup time 3-5 hours later so that we have time to fully assess how your dog adjusts to our all-day play environment as well as our staff. The cost is $20 per dog. If your dog isn’t happy or comfortable here, we may send them home immediately following the initial introduction or at any time during the assessment day at the discretion of the staff member performing the temperament test. If your dog is sent home the fee will be waived.
